*Amenities:*

Normal electricity bills like fans, lights of room/washroom, fridge, washing machine etc. are included in rent. Only AC charges is to be paid separately based upon the reading of meter in summers.

Geyser charges is to be paid separately in winters.

*Rent:*

*Double Sharing:* Rs.15000

*Triple sharing:* Rs.13000

*Personal Room:* Rs.27000

*Electricity charge:* 11 Rs per unit

*Without Food:* 2000 is deducted from the actual rent amount.

Advance rent + Security deposit + 2000 AC security deposit payment.

*Terms and Conditions:*

*1.* No food is provided on every Sunday's evening however lunch will be provided

*2.* If food isn't provided from our side due to staff's medical health issue or non-availability then applicable amount can be deducted from the rent

*But* if food isn't taken by your side for some particular days then no deduction in rent is entertained.

Only if you don't take food for more than 15 days and have informed me in advance then only you can cut the amount

*3.* Entry of opposite gender is not allowed inside the PG premises

*4.* If we face any problems because of you or your habits or found you doing things against the t&c of PG then you would have to vacate the pg at the moment

*5.* Tenant has to pay the rent exact within 3 days of completion of his/her date of every month

Delay in payment of rent would lead to penalty of Rs.50 per day

*6.* Security would be refundable if you give me a notice period of 30 days before vacating

*7.* Security deposit is subject to refund and not to adjust in month's rent

Tenant has to pay rent in advance for each and every particular month and at the time of vacating the room ; security deposit would be refundable

*8.* If you stay extra than your tenure then applicable amount would be deducted from the security and then given back

*9.* Token money for booking bed in advance would strictly not be refundable

*10.* Minimum lock-in period 4 months

If you vacate before 4 months then deposit amount wont be refundable

*11.* All legal paperwork like police verification and agreement charges is to be paid by tenant

*12.* If anything like fittings, materials, glass mirrors etc. of pg flat are damaged by tenant then tenant have to take care of it on his/her own.

Pg owner will not be responsible for repairing it.

While vacating; Pg room should be handed over to the pg owner in the same condition in which it was provided to the tenant when he/she shifted.

*13.* Security deposit will be refunded within 3 to 7 days after you vacate the flat by cross checking all the dues if any and after proper calculation.

*14.* Tenant hold the responsibility of his/her personal stuffs. Please note owner isn't responsible for lost items of tenant.

*15.* In case if ac meter isn't working ; you need to inform immediately. If not informed on priority and meter is found faulty; then tenant has to pay the ac bill according to the ac readings of the other room.
